Jack Tabner is the Executive Director of Transformation at Medway NHS Foundation Trust, leading the Trust’s Better, Best, Brilliant transformation portfolio.
Jack worked previously at boutique NHS strategy consultancy, Carnall Farrar and also at PwC Strategy&. Prior to this, Jack worked in EU affairs in Brussels.
Jack has specialised in developing financial and clinical strategies for hospitals, and in managing large-scale service improvement and productivity programmes.
Jack has written academically and professionally on topics such as hospital productivity, workforce planning, digital health adoption and new models of care.
Jack oversees the Trust’s Cost Improvement Programme; the Programme Management Office function to support cross-hospital change programmes (Best Flow, Best Access); delivery of the Trust’s quality improvement (QI) strategy; and digital innovation.
