    The Trust  recruited six Radiographers for a substantive contracts within 2018-2019, the introduction fee from the agency was approximately £2000 per candidate.

    a)       The name of the senior manager (Radiology Services Manager / Imaging Services Manager) with overall responsibility for the Radiography/Imaging department.   Medway NHS Foundation Trust confirm there are staff in post,  however, the Trust do not disclose individual staff names due to data protection.  The Trust only releases the details of the members of the Trust Board as these are already in the public domain.  The posts with responsibility for the radiography/imaging department are the Head of Imaging and the Head of Operational Performance for Diagnostic and Clinical Support Services.  Both these posts report directly to Harvey McEnroe, Chief Operating Officer for Unplanned and Integrated Care Directorate. 

    b)       The name of the head of temporary staffing – The Trust confirm there is a person in post as the Head of Temporary Resourcing who reports directly to Leon Hinton, Executive Director of HR & OD
