Medway NHS Foundation Trust do not provide any of those listed above in a formal way. The Trust currently do not offer a memory service, however we do refer patients to two local services which are covered by Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership who can be contacted via their website at:  https://www.kmpt.nhs.uk/

The Trust have recently opened a dementia friendly garden (The butterfly Garden) which provides multi-sensory stimulation and we have reminiscence interactive therapeutic activity (RITA) systems and some limited activities.

We are supported by our dementia buddies, therapy dogs and a carer’s support Group and we have a dementia and delirium team who will sign post or refer on to local community groups and services.
